Aside for a few evenings with The Biggest Loser, CBS has been unstoppable in what seems like weeks. The network was again tops in viewers and demos.

- An early episode of CSI* (9.1 million, 2.4/8 in 18-49) was the hour’s top show.
- Clash of the Choirs (8.1 million, 2.3/7) was steady with Wednesday.
- Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (2.1/7) schooled 7.6 million.
- Duel (6.5 million, 1.9/6) was down a million from the previous night.
- Smallville* (2 million, 0.8/3) lost almost 2 million from last week.
9pm
- The second CSI* (11.3 million, 3.2/9 in 18-49) hour was again a winner in its time slot.
- Don’t Forget the Lyrics (7.2 million, 2.4/7) was off by around 300,000.
- Grey’s Anatomy* (1.9/5) made a showing with 5.8 million.
- Supernatural* (1.8 million, 0.7/2) was hardly super.
10pm
- Without A Trace* (11.5 million, 2.8/8 in 18-49) was the evening’s most-watched show.
- Private Practice* (5.1 million, 1.7/5) held most of its lead-in.
- About 4.7 million reported to The Office (1.9/6).

- Survivor (14.47 million, 4.513 in 18-49 demo) was steady with last week.
- Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (8.97 million, 2.5/7) was up about 300,000.
- An hour-long episode of The Office* (2.7/8) drew 5.87 million.
- Ugly Betty* (1.4/4) scored 4.97 million.
- Smallville (3.84 million, 1.5/4) was up about 1 million.

- With 19.79 million viewers, CSI (6.1/16 in 18-49) was the evening’s hottest ticket.
- Don’t Forget the Lyrics (7.53 million, 2.7/7) was up about 800,000.
- Grey’s Anatomy* (2.6/7) came in third with 7.18 million.
- 30 Rock (5.58 million, 2.8/7) was slightly down from last week.
- Supernatural (3.2 million, 1.2/3) saw an increase of about 1 million.

- A new episode of Ugly Betty (9.3 million, 2.8/8) came in second.
- Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (8.7 million, 2.3/6) was about even with last week.
- My Name is Earl (7.4 million, 3.0/9) was up about 800,000; 30 Rock (5.8 million, 2.7/7) remained steady.
- Smallville* (2.81 million, 1.1/3) did about the same.

- With 18.6 million, CSI (5.4/13 in 18-49) had the night’s largest audience.
- Grey’s Anatomy (17.6 million, 7.1/17) scored Thursday’s best demos.

- Smallville (1.8/5) closed off the hour with 4.5 million.

- A full hour of My Name is Earl (7.3 million, 3.1/9) was down almost 1 million.
- Smallville (1.7/5) rounded off the hour with 4.3 million.

The 9pm hour proves to be Thursday night’s most heated battleground. And just like Wednesday night, ABC ruled the 18-49 age group while CBS gathered the largest audience.

- Survivor: China (14 million viewers, 4.5/13 in 18-49 demo) easily won the hour in viewers and the valuable age group.
- Ugly Betty (3.5/10) grew by 500,000 to 10.4 million.
- My Name Is Earl (7.7 million, 1/9) was down about 250,000; 30 Rock (6.6 million, 3.0/8) lost three times as much.
- Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader (8.2 million, 2.3/7 in demo) came in fourth while Smallville (4.8 million, 1.9/5) hung in there.

- Grey’s Anatomy (18.9 million, 7.8/19 in 18-49) led the night in the demo market.
- CSI (19.6 million, 6.0/14) raked in just enough viewers for evening’s win (despite being down about 1 million).
- The Office (8.9 million, 4.7/11) gained about 410,000 viewers from last week while Supernatural (3.2 million, 1.2/3) was up over 250,000.
- Don’t Forget the Lyrics (1.8/4) came in fourth with 5.6 million viewers overall.
